3-4 participants per Master class (3.5 hours)
Purpose: To improve the participant’s ability to give a presentation by identifying individual and concrete areas to develop. To create a constructive and concrete evaluation culture among colleagues.
Format: Each participant takes a turn giving a work-related presentation and afterward receives feedback from Hanne Dalsgaard and the other participants.
A video camera is used to record participants’ performances. Before the class ends, each participant formulates a concrete action plan.
Two Master classes can be arranged on the same day.
An example schedule: 8:30-12:00 & 12:30-16:00
