Captivator’s core service.

You can choose between courses of 3, 8, or 12 sessions of one hour each.

After each session, Captivator compiles a document with notes and suggestions for concrete exercises. In this way, the client has an overview of the course.

The course is organized individually.

Goals:
These are worked out in cooperation with the client. Possible examples:

  • Greater impact
  • Perfecting your skills as a captivating communicator
  • Aid in maintaining your calm in performance situations
  • To become and stay present in conflict situations

Course of 3, 8, or 12 sessions:
A course is not a ready-made program, but is shaped and developed along the way. You don’t have to decide the length of the course before the first session, but at the end of it, there will be an opportunity to discuss the plans for the rest of the course. The invoice for the first session will be in keeping with the course chosen.

It is recommended to place the sessions at intervals of 2-4 weeks. However, with the long courses it may be possible to take a break of 2-3 months in between.

Form:
Our working methods will vary between performance and feedback by means of video recordings and exercises. The point of departure is the client’s work situation. For this reason, clients are required to bring their own training material, such as a presentation, a briefing, teaching, a concrete situation with another colleague etc.
