Impact
Confidence, will, and power are important ingredients in skilful communication. If the message is important, it needs to be communicated as such!
But that’s easier said than done. The key to impacting and convincing communication is twofold.
The communicator must be able to inspire confidence and invite the audience in – while at the same time being able to challenge the audience and make a stand.
The communicator’s use of body language and voice plays a pivotal role in making this twofold key succeed.
