Charisma
Some communicators simply have their audience in the palm of their hand. Whether they are politicians, managers, speakers, or something completely different, this quality is worth its weight in gold.
Some are born with this ability, while others have to learn it.
What captivating communicators have in common is a capacity to use their gestures, facial expressions, voice, and eyes in a way that keeps the audience interested and draws their attention time and time again. It never gets dull and monotonous, it stays alive and dynamic.
This does not mean that captivating communicators all belong to the same type of people. Rather, they can be found in all categories and types of personality, and that’s why there is no simple formula to “captivating communication”. Which areas need to be developed and trained is an individual question.
