Authenticity

Who wants to be perceived as an artificial, awkward, and shallow person? No one.

The feeling of meeting a “real” person inspires confidence and interest. A natural and varied body language is a crucial skill for any competent communicator.

The body language of many communicators becomes restricted as soon as they enter the stage. Their voice may become monotonous and their eyes get hazy, their body language may become fidgety or awkward, and their facial expressions tend to be uniform.

A communicator needs to become comfortable in front of an audience and learn how to use the variety of expressions that make up a natural body language.
